Mail is collected from the box by a designated employee to be taken for posting and delivery to the post office. Deters unauthorized access to company mail and posting machine. Box can also be used to keep private inter-office correspondence confidential. Deposit computer generated reports, memos, letters, diskettes, 100mb disks, CD-Rs, and more through the slotted top panel of the unit. Drop slot measures 10 1/2"W x 3/4"D. Unit mounts securely to any wall or door (mounting screws not included). Wafer-tumbler lock keeps the box securely closed; two keys included. Items can only be retrieved by authorized personnel. Full piano hinged door.
